We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to contact us and request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order confirmation e-mail or order number from your customer account.
To start a return, contact us at michelle@georgiabeadcompany.com with your order number, the items you’re looking to return, and why. If your return is accepted, we will reply with instructions on how to complete the return. Returns must be shipped back to us within 48 hours of your return being approved. You are responsible for shipping fees. Returns are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee and Shipping is not refunded. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items sent back to us not exactly as they were shipped to you will not be accepted.
We will notify you within 5 business days once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less a 15% restocking fee. No shipping costs will be refunded.. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Mixed Lots, Sale Items, or Gift Cards.
Cancellations
Cancellations and modifications/adjustments to orders are not accepted for any reason. What you submit on an order is what will be shipped to you. If you need to return something once you get it, please see the Return Information outlined above.
